(Wallstreet), a former introducing broker (IB) located in West Palm Beach, Florida, from reapplying for NFA membership or acting as a principal of an NFA Member. NFA Orders Florida Futures Firm Not To Apply For NFA Membership For Ten Years

National Futures Association has ordered Platinum Trading Group, Inc. (Platinum), a former introducing broker (IB) and commodity trading advisor (CTA) located in Boca Raton, Florida, not to apply for NFA membership for ten years. The Decision, handed down by an NFA Hearing Panel, is a result of an NFA Complaint issued on April 26, 2005, and reflects a settlement offer submitted by Platinum.

Today’s Closing BellSM marks the official end of Member seat sales on the New York Stock Exchange in advance of the NYSE’s plans to become a publicly traded company by way of its merger with Archipelago Holdings, Inc. MSCI Hedge Invest Index<SUP>sm</SUP> Quarterly Review: Number Of Constituent Funds Increases To 131

MSCI Barra, a leading provider of equity, fixed income and hedge fund indices, has announced the results of the January Quarterly Index Review of the MSCI Hedge Invest Index, its hedge fund index containing funds with weekly liquidity. As a result of this quarterly review, the number of constituent funds in the index will increase to 131 from 125 currently. Changes resulting from the review will be implemented in the MSCI Hedge Invest Index as of the close of January 3, 2006.
