Value of share trading EUR 69.2 billion, -31.1 per cent Turnover EUR 42.9 million, -10.6 per cent Operating profit EUR 11.7 million, -20.6 per cent Profit before extraordinary items and taxes EUR 12.3 million, -21.2 per cent Net profit for the period EUR 8.4 million, -23.4 per cent The Boards of Directors of HEX Plc and OM AB (publ) announced a merger plan between the companies on 20 May. The merger is expected to take place in the beginning of September 2003.
