    The International Securities Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ISE) today reported that net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 increased 19.5% to $8.9 million, or $0.25 per share on a fully diluted basis. This compares to $7.4 million, or $0.22 per share on a fully diluted basis, in the same period in 2004.
