SWX Swiss Exchange Sanctions Perrot Duval For Violation Of The Provisions Regarding Ad-Hoc Publicity

SWX Swiss Exchange has issued a reprimand with publication against Perrot Duval Holding S.A. (“Perrot Duval”) for negligent violation of the provisions regarding ad-hoc publicity. The reprimand was issued in relation to the communication of figures for the financial year 2003/2004 during the critical trading period.

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today that it has instituted settled enforcement proceedings against Tyson Foods, Inc. and its former Chairman and CEO Donald "Don" Tyson. The SEC charged that in proxy statements filed with the Commission from 1997 to 2003, Tyson Foods made misleading disclosures of perquisites and personal benefits provided to Don Tyson both prior to and after his retirement as senior chairman in October 2001. Sven Arild Andersen, President and CEO of Oslo Børs, advised the Board of Oslo Børs yesterday that he wishes to retire from his position as President and CEO following the expiry of his fixed-term contract on 31 December 2005. Mr Andersen will then be 62 years of age.
