    Standard & Poor’s and CITIC Securities will make the following changes in the S&P/CITIC 50 and S&P/CITIC 300 Indices effective after the close of trading Friday, April 29, 2005: Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.     The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has today published its near final listing rules. The publication also includes policy statements on CP04/16 – The Listing Review and implementation of the Prospectus Directive and Miscellaneous CP04/08 – cancellation of listing, as well as an update on Prospectus Directive implementation and a consultation paper on statutory responsibility for prospectuses.

(TSE) announced in the press release on July 23, 2004 "Introduction of Free Float Adjusted Indices", the free float adjusted provisional indices will be calculated from today until the end of June 2006.The provisional indices will reflect how TOPIX and other indices will be after they have fully shifted to the free float adjusted indices.
