NASDAQ Introduces A TotalView Product For Automated Traders

The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today announced the introduction of NASDAQ OrderView(R), a new data feed that facilitates program and algorithmic trading. OrderView is a complement to NASDAQ's flagship TotalView(R) Data Product, providing critical TotalView information in a manner better suited for automated trading operations.
HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Futures Contracts

Dubai Mercantile Exchange Leadership Named

The Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), the joint venture between the New York Mercantile Exchange and Dubai Holding, announced today the appointment of Ahmad Sharaf as chairman and Gordon Rutledge as chief operating officer. Mr. Rutledge will also serve as interim chief executive officer until a permanent replacement is named.

CFTC Proposes Rule Clarification For Commodity Trading Advisors

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced today that it is soliciting public comment on a proposed rule that would define the term “client” of a commodity trading advisor (CTA) and confirms the Commission’s antifraud authority over all CTAs, irrespective of whether they provide advice on a personalized or nonpersonalized basis.
