Deutsche Börse announced today a modified proposal for a combination with Euronext. The modifications, which are the result of an intensive consultation process with many stakeholders of both groups, including in particular shareholders, issuers, market participants and employees, relate to the governance of the new company, location for group management functions, trading platforms and IT organization. The financial aspects of the transaction remain unchanged.

SWX Swiss Exchange Management Transactions: Investigation Opened Against Clariant AG

The SWX Swiss Exchange has instituted a formal investigation against Clariant AG on the grounds of a possible breach of Art. 74a of the Listing Rules (disclosure of management transactions). Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. The SWX Swiss Exchange will announce its findings, although no information will be provided while the proceedings are ongoing.
