Addition Of International Power PLC (ADR) To The S&P ADR Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P ADR Indices effective after the close of trading on Monday, December 12, 2005: International Power PLC (ADR) (Great Britain, NYSE: IPR, CUSIP: 46018M104, Sedol: 2622145) will be added to the S&P ADR Index to correspond with its inclusion into the S&P Global 1200 Index. Three CBOE Seats Sell At New Record Prices Today; Sale Of $800,000 On Thursday, December 8 Sets All-Time Record

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced today that three seats, or memberships, sold at all-time record prices today, beating records established earlier this week. The three seat sales today at $780,000, $795,000 and $800,000 all surpassed the previous record price of $777,000, which was set on Tuesday, December 6th. Today's sale was the 99th seat traded this year.
Tax Vote In House Praised By Securities Industry Association

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday, December 8, 2005: Events International Holding Corporation (TSXVN:EIH) will change its name to Dynasty Gaming Inc. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol "DNY" and under the new CUSIP number 26813U 10 5. There is no consolidation of capital.

SGX Signs Contract With HP

Singapore Exchange Limited today announced that it has signed a contract with Hewlett-Packard Singapore (Sales) Pte Ltd to outsource its Data Centre and IT infrastructure services. The contract, signed yesterday, has a nominal value of S$95 million over the five-year period of the contract.

The Board of Directors of the not-for-profit partnership "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange has decided to transfer trading in "Norilsk Nickel" shares from the Order-driven Classic market to the Quote-Driven (Non-anonymous) trading for the period of December 20th, 2005, through January 13th, 2006. This decision is related to the planned spin-off of "Polus Zoloto" joint-stock company from "Norilsk Nickel".

OneChicago Open Interest Tops 1.5 Million, YTD Volume Surpasses 5 Million

OneChicago, LLC today reported that open interest set a new record of 1,511,016 contracts, topping the 1.5-million mark for the first time. Open interest is the total number of contracts that have not yet been offset or taken to delivery.
