Taiwan Futures Exchange And MSCI Sign Agreement Authorizing Listing Of TAIFEX MSCI Taiwan Index<SUP>SM</SUP> Futures And Options

Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX) and Morgan Stanley Capital International Inc. (MSCI) have signed an agreement authorizing TAIFEX to list futures and options contracts on MSCI Taiwan IndexSM. TAIFEX will launch the MSCI Taiwan IndexSM futures and the MSCI Taiwan IndexSM options contracts on March 27, 2006.

Stockholm Stock Exchange’s Disciplinary Committee Issues Warning To Goldman Sachs

Goldman Sachs International in London has contravened the rules that state that any party who acquires or transfers shares in an exchange-listed company so that the holding passes an even five-percent limit must disclose the change no later than the following trading day. Accordingly, the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s Disciplinary Committee has decided to issue a warning to the company.

SEC, UK FSA Sign Landmark Regulatory Cooperation Arrangement

Personnel Changes At NZX Reflects Its Changes In Priorities

NYMEX And General Atlantic Complete $160 Million Equity Investment In NYMEX

NYMEX Holdings, Inc. (NYMEX) and General Atlantic LLC (GA) announced today the completion of GA's investment of $160 million for a 10% equity stake in NYMEX. Under the terms of the transaction, which values NYMEX's equity at $1.6 billion, GA purchased only an equity stake in NYMEX and not any trading rights on the Exchange.

The contract currently trades from 7:55 am to 9:00 am (New York Time).
