New NYBOT Not From Concentrate Orange Juice Futures Contract To Launch This Friday, October 20 - Futures Trading To Begin At 11:00 AM

The Not From Concentrate (“NFC”) orange juice futures contract will begin trading at the New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) this Friday, October 20. The first futures month to be traded will be the January 2007 contract. For the first day of futures trading only, the NFC market will begin trading at 11:00 am (NY Time).

National Stock Exchange Appoints Joseph S. Rizzello As CEO Of The Exchange

National Stock Exchange, Inc. (NSX(SM)) today announced that Joseph S. Rizzello has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Exchange. Mr. Rizzello has assumed the responsibilities of NSX CEO in addition to his duties as Chairman of the Board of NSX Holdings, Inc., a position to which he was elected on September 22, 2006. NSX Holdings, Inc. is the parent of NSX.

George Curtis Named Regional Director Of The SEC's Central Regional Office

Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox today announced the appointment of George Curtis as the Regional Director of the Commission's Central Regional Office (CRO). As Regional Director, Curtis will oversee the office's enforcement and examination functions in Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico.
