Information committee of OJSC Russian Trading System Stock Exchange has approved the list of shares for calculation of the RTS Index. From June 15 to September 14, 2007 the list, formed on the basis of statistical data on trading for the period from February 16 to May 15, 2007 will be in effect.

The Helsinki Court of Appeal issued on May 31, 2007, a decision in which it rejected the appeal made by twenty banks and brokerage firms against a decision of Helsinki District Court on June 9, 2006. Consequently, the Court rejected the claims of those twenty banks and brokerage firms.
