Tianjin Four-Party Co-Opration Agreement Signed - Deutsche Börse Further Expands Activities In China

Four partners have agreed to provide a framework to internationalize the German and Chinese financial markets.Tianjin Property Rights Exchange (TPRE), State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government, the German Agency for Technical Co-operation (GTZ) and Deutsche Börse Group signed a four-party Co-operation Term Sheet (CTS) on Tuesday in Tianjin.

Bursa Malaysia and CIMB Group will be conducting a series of joint futures investment seminars with the collective aim of expanding the current level of activity as well as increasing interest in retailers and Futures Brokers Representatives (FBR) in the derivatives market. The first seminar will be held at the Securities Commission on 24th March 2007. These seminars will be conducted in several states nationwide including Penang, Perak, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak.

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 Indices: ENESERVE Corp. (Japan, SEDOL: 6280624, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20104020) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 14,000,000 to 41,400,750 and IWF will be updated to 0.43 due to the private placement.

CBOT Fed Watch - March 19 Market Close

In advance of this week's Federal Open Market Committee meeting on March 20-21, the Chicago Board of Trade will be reporting daily rate change probabilities in the FOMC's federal funds target rate, as indicated by the CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract. The CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract is a key benchmark interest rate barometer that reflects the forward overnight effective rate for excess reserves that are traded among commercial banks in the U.S. federal funds market.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: The shareholders of Shell Canada Ltd. (TSX:SHC) have accepted the $CDN45.00 cash offer from Royal Dutch Shell Plc (LSE:RDS.A). Shell Canada Ltd. will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX Completion and Equity Completion, the S&P/TSX Equity and Capped Equity, and the S&P/TSX Capped Energy Indices. The transaction will be effective after the close on Friday, March 23, 20
