The Securities and Exchange Commission today filed civil fraud charges against auto parts manufacturer Collins & Aikman Corporation (C&A), David A. Stockman, C&A's former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and eight other former C&A directors and officers.

CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) Announces Changes To VIX And VXD Contract Specifications

The CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) is rescaling the CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) and the CBOE DIJA Volatility Index (VXD) futures contracts in order to bring the traded futures contract prices in line with the underlying index values published by the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). The rescaling will not change the dollar value of the VIX and VXD futures contracts, and it will not change the dollar value of each tick.

TSX Group Returns To China - 9-Day China Trip Includes Visits To Hong Kong, Shanghai And Beijing

TSX Group is heading back to China this month. Richard Nadeau, Senior Vice President of Toronto Stock Exchange, will lead this latest trip to China, from March 27-April 5, 2007. Mr. Nadeau will hold a series of meetings across Hong Kong and China with the aim of raising awareness of Canada’s capital markets and attracting international listings.
