WSE Changes Its Fees
Starting from July 1, 2006, the transaction fees charged to the WSE members will be reduced for a second time this year – new price list was accepted by the WSE Supervisory Board on May 17, 2006. The benefits for the market, resulting from the reduction in fees, are estimated for PLN 3.8 million in 2006 and PLN 8.7 million in 2007 (provided the value of turnover will be of the same level as the value of turnover forecasted for the current year).

Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index
Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday May 19, 2006: Coalcorp Mining Inc. (TSXVN:CCJ) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the TSX under the same ticker symbol. Hawk Energy Corp. cl A (TSXVN:HK.A) will be removed from the index. The company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange resulting from an offer to purchase from Flagship Energy Inc.
