  • GL TRADE’s Major Shareholders Consider Strategic Options

    Shareholders in “Financière Montmartre holdings”, which, directly and indirectly, hold 63.9% of GL TRADE’s capital, are considering various strategic options, now open to GL TRADE, and likely to strengthen the growth and development of the company, including withdrawing their participation. No decision has yet been taken. Morgan Stanley has been selected to advise Financière Montmarte and its shareholders.

    National Stock Exchange(SM) (NSX(R)) today announced that U.S. listed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) and Exchange-Traded Note (ETN) assets reached $609 billion at the end of April 2008, an increase of 27 percent over $478 billion at April 2007 month-end.
