iShares S&P 100 Index ETF Transfers To NYSE Arca

NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced that the iShares S&P 100 Index ETF (NYSE Arca: OEF) transferred to the NYSE Arca listing platform from the CBOE. As an industry leader in ETF and ETN listings and trading, exchange traded products listed on NYSE Arca represent 53% of ETF and ETN assets under management in the U.S., nearly $597 billion, the most of any exchange.

Over the week of September 15th – 19th, 2008, the RTS Index went down by 3,42% to reach 1295,91 points (1341,75 points as of September 12th, 2008). Most of the negative impact on the Index dynamics was related to the falling prices for JSC "NOVATEK" ordinary shares (NVTK) (minus 13,03 points), OJSC "Polyus Gold" ordinary shares (PLZL) (minus 11,64 points) and Sberbank ordinary shares (SBER) (minus 10,52 points).
