International Investors The net inflow of foreign investments in the Brazilian Stock Market accounted to USD 3,127,274,520.87 in 2008. This figure sums up the purchases of international investors in public offerings - which amounted to USD 2,869,921,039.90, well as the net trading value at BOVESPA - which registered an inflow of USD 257,353,481.00, as of April 30, 2008.
Dalian Commodity Exchange Statistics - April 2008

In April, Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) achieved a monthly volume of 52.3 million contracts and a turnover worth 2.42 trillion yuan, accounting for 48.46% and 41.78% in all of China's three commodity futures exchanges. The trading volume and turnover increased by 179.69% and 378.23% respectively from a year ago. The open interest at the end of the month was 6.48% lower than last month to 2.02 million contracts. The total trading volume and turnover from January to April 2008 in DCE was 210.

UBS Lists The First Platinum ETNs On NYSE Arca - 10 UBS E-TRACS ETNs Listed On NYSE Arca

NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced that UBS listed the first exchange traded investment products linked to platinum in the U.S. on NYSE Arca. As an industry leaderin ETF and ETN listings and trading, such products listed on NYSE Arca represent 56% of ETF and ETN assets under management in the U.S., nearly $609 billion, the most of any exchange.
