Visa Inc., Largest IPO In U.S. History, Lists On The NYSE - Third Largest IPO Ever

Today, Visa Inc., the world's largest retail electronic payment network, began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "V" after its historic initial public offering in which it raised $17.86 billion. Visa's IPO is the largest domestic initial public offering in U.S. history and the third largest initial public offering worldwide.

ISE Announces Changes To Board Leadership

The International Securities Exchange announced that its Board of Directors unanimously elected Frank J. Jones, PhD as its Vice Chairman. Dr. Jones has been a director of ISE since 2000 and previously served as Vice Chairman from June 2002 to May 2006 and Chairman from May 2006 until January 2008. ISE's Board of Directors also unanimously elected director Kenneth Vecchione to serve as the Chairman of its Finance and Audit Committee.

MGEX Announces Side-By-Side Trading Of Options

The Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX or Exchange) will begin trading Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) options electronically during the day on April 14. The Exchange announced plans for side-by-side options trading following approval of the change by its Board of Directors yesterday.
