    During his interview with the media, Mr. Liu Xingqiang, the President and CEO of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) said that quality standard for hog futures has been established after thorough argumentation. DCE, in cooperation with the government of Wuhan and Guangzhou, has carried out the simulated trading of hog futures in the two cities. All is ready for the launch of hog futures now.

(“NYMEX” or the “Company”) (NYSE:NMX), against NYMEX, Richard Schaeffer, certain other directors and officers of the company, and CME Group Inc. (“CME”) for breach of fiduciary duties in connection with the proposed sale of NYMEX to CME.
