HKEx: Admission Of China Zhongwang Holdings Limited To List Of Designated Securities For Short Selling

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), announces that with effect from 10 July 2009 (Friday), China Zhongwang Holdings Limited (Stock code: 1333) will be admitted to the list of designated securities eligible for short selling.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: The shareholders of Universal Energy Group Ltd. (TSX:UEG) and Just Energy Income Fund (TSX:JE.UN) have approved the combination of the two companies. Pursuant to the transaction, each share of Universal Energy Group will be exchanged for 0.58 shares of Just Energy Income Fund. Universal Energy Group will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap and Equity SmallCap indices and the relative weight of Just
Lorin L. Reisner To Join SEC Enforcement Division
