Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes In Withholding Tax Rates In The S&P Indices

RTS Operating Schedule For The New Year Holiday Period

In accordance with government decree ? 877 as of November 26, 2008 "On public holidays transfer in 2009" RTS will hold no trading on its markets in the period from January 1 to January 10, 2009. On December 31, 2008 trading on all RTS markets will be open from 10:30 am to 02:00 pm Moscow time. On January 11, 2009, the first business day of 2009, trading will be held according to the standard schedule.
