NYBOT Announces New Exchange And Clearing Fees
The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), announced a new schedule for the Exchange and Clearing fees that will take effect on August 1, 2007, for all NYBOT products.

SEC Approves PCAOB Auditing Standard No. 5 Regarding Audits Of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting - Adopts Definition Of "Significant Deficiency"
The Securities and Exchange Commission today voted unanimously in favor of a new auditing standard and other measures to increase the accuracy of financial reports while reducing unnecessary costs, especially for smaller public companies.
