RTS: Starting From October 29, 2007 The Fine For Delay In Trades Settlement In Anonymous Trading Is Increased
According to the decision of the Board of directors of OJSC RTS as of October 25, 2007, starting from October 29, 2007 a revised version of Terms of Transactions Executed in the Electronic Trading comes into effect, where a penalty fine for the delay in trades settlement is increased from 8% to 15% per annum from the sum of the trade for each day of delay.
