Temporary Relief Measures For Toronto Stock Exchange And TSX Venture Exchange Issuers To End September 30, 2009

In November 2008, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange introduced measures granting temporary relief from some of their requirements to assist listed issuers during the difficult market conditions. In March 2009, some of these measures were then extended to September 30, 2009. The Exchanges today announced that these temporary relief measures will not be extended.

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, September 11, 2009: The shares of Mega Silver Inc. (TSX-V:MSR) will trade under the new name Mega Precious Metals Inc. The new ticker symbol will be "MGP" and the new CUSIP number will be 58516L 10 8. There is no consolidation of capital.
