On Sep 17, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange held the first meeting for the establishment of the Index Experts Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Securities Information Company Limited. Chen Dongzheng, Council Chairman of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Zhou Ming, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, concurrently Board Chairman of Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd. awarded the written appointment to the expert committee members on the behalf of the two companies.

BM&FBOVESPA Authorizes Launch Of Flexible Call And Put Options On Soybean Futures Contracts - New Derivative Instrument Protects Producers Against Soybean Price Variations

BM&FBOVESPA authorized, on August 14, 2009, flexible call and put options on soybean futures contracts for registration in its OTC market. The objective of the measure is to provide rural producers with another form of protection against soybean price variations, while at the same time facilitating crop financing on the part of financial institutions.
