NYSE Euronext Appoints Philippe Duranton Group Executive Vice President, Global Head Of Human Resources - Brings Over 20 Years Of Global HR Leadership Experience To NYSE Euronext
NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced the appointment of Philippe Duranton as Group Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources, effective March 3, 2008 . Mr. Duranton will be responsible for NYSE Euronext’s worldwide human resources organization and will report to NYSE Euronext Chief Executive Officer Duncan L. Niederauer. Mr. Duranton will serve on the Company’s Management Committee.

Bermuda Stock Exchange Admitted To Membership Of America’s Central Securities Depositories Association (ACSDA)

NASDAQ Proposes Listing Standards For Acquisition Vehicles - Move Will Enhance Protection And Transparency In This Active Market Segment
The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) will propose to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a rule change to list acquisition vehicles and subject them both to NASDAQ's initial listing requirements as well as additional criteria developed specifically for this type of entity. No other market has yet adopted such criteria.
