Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Monday, August 31, 2009: The shares of Alegro Health Corp. (TSXVN:AGO) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the TSX under the new name Centric Health Corporation. The new ticker symbol will be "CHH" and the new CUSIP number will be 15641A 10 0. There is no consolidation of capital.

Preliminary Annual Report On U.S. Holding Of Foreign Securities
