UK's Financial Services Authority: Toronto Dominion Fined £7m For Repeated Failings

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has today fined Toronto Dominion Bank (London Branch) (Toronto Dominion) £7m for repeated systems and controls failings around the pricing of sophisticated financial products - forcing the bank to make a negative adjustment of CAD$96m in July 2008.

BME To Pay Out The Second Interim Dividend On December 22 Against 2009 Results For A Total Of €50 Million - It Represents A Gross €0.60 Per Share - Since BME Was Created It Has Paid Out Over €1bn In Dividends

Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) will pay out to its shareholders the second interim dividend next Tuesday, December 22th, for a total of €50 million, against 2009 consolidated earnings. The dividend payment represents €0.60 per share.

NASDAQ OMX And HQ Bank Launch New ETF Based On NASDAQ-100 Index

NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, part of the NASDAQ OMX Group (NASDAQ:NDAQ), today starts trading in a new Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), NASDAQ-100 ETF. The ETF, issued by Sweden-based HQ Bank, is based on the NASDAQ-100 Index and includes 100 of the largest domestic and international securities listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market in the U.S.

New Allocation To Liquidity Categories For Oslo Børs Companies From 18 December 2009

On the basis of trading in the shares and equity certificates of stock exchange listed companies over the last six months, Oslo Børs has carried out a routine 6-monthly review of the allocation of listed companies to liquidity categories. The new allocations will come into effect from Friday 18 December 2009.
