    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P ADR Index, effective after the close of trading on Monday, October 21, 2002: Publicis Groupe SA (ADR) (France, SEDOL 577952) will be added to the S&P ADR Index after the close of business on Monday, October 21, 2002.
