SEC Proposes Rules To Mitigate Conflicts Of Interest Involving Security-Based Swaps
The Securities and Exchange Commission today proposed rules intended to mitigate conflicts of interest for security-based swap clearing agencies, security-based swap execution facilities, and national securities exchanges that post security-based swaps or make them available for trading.

Oryx Capital Receives License To Operate From The DIFC - Company Set To Benefit From The Opportunities Offered By The DIFC
Oryx Capital (Oryx), an independent private investment banking firm specialising in private equity, venture capital, real estate investments and advisory services, announced that it has received a license from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to operate in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Dalian Commodity Exchange: China Imports 40.16mt Of Soybeans in First Three Quarters, Up 24.1%
The general administration of China Customs published import and export data for the first three quarters on Oct. 13th. Soybean imports totaled 40.16 million tons, an increase of 24.1%, and the average import price was $439.40 per ton, an increase of 1%.

BM&FBOVESPA Announces New Trading Times In Stock And Derivatives Segments
BM&FBOVESPA hereby announces that the trading time for stock and fixed-income products will be altered as of October 18 due to the start Brazilian Summer Time (BRST). Regular trading will run continuously from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. The After Market will run continuously from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Up to and including October 15, regular trading will continue to occur from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and the After Market from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
