NZX: Transfer Of Shares Pursuant To The 2007 CEO Share Plan
On 1 March 2011, 896,264 shares issued under the 2007 CEO Share Plan (“Plan”) met the requirements for qualification under the Plan. From that date the CEO, Mark Weldon, had the right to take, or direct another party to take, transfer to those shares subject to him making the required payment under the terms of the Plan.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index
Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Monday, June 20, 2011:
- CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. (TSXVN:CVV) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on TSX under the same ticker symbol.
- Creston Moly Corp. (TSXVN:CMS) will be removed from the index. The shares of the company have been acquired by Mercator Minerals Ltd. (TSX:ML).

Exercise Of Ibovespa Options Generates BRL 4.25 Billion On BM&FBOVESPA
The exercise of options on the Ibovespa Index (Ibovespa) generated BRL 4.25 billion on Wednesday (June 15), with 64,650 contracts traded. Of the financial volume in exercised contracts, BRL 4.24 billion was in put options and BRL 12 million in call options.

BM&FBOVESPA Holds Closed Hearings For Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM) Rulebook Changes - Following Discussion Seminars The Proposal Will Be Submitted To Closed Hearings And A Vote In July - Final Rulebook Will Be Published In August
BM&FBOVESPA begins the process of changing the Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM) rulebook this week. The proposed revision has already been put before all of the companies listed on the Novo Mercado and Level 2, which are differentiated corporate governance levels that require, among other things, conflict resolution via CAM.

Federal Reserve Proposes Rules Under Regulation B To Clarify Data Collection Compliance Requirements For Motor Vehicle Dealers
The Federal Reserve Board on Monday issued a proposed rule under Regulation B to clarify that motor vehicle dealers temporarily are not required to comply with certain data collection requirements in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act) until the Board issues final regulations to implement the statutory requirements. The Board believes that implementing rules are needed to ensure data are collected and reported in a consistent and standardized way.
