In order to be close to the market, enable the futures market to better serve the real economy, upon discussion and approval from the Council and report to CSRC, we have reformulated the Measures on Administration of Hedging at Dalian Commodity Exchange (hereinafter referred to as New Measures on Hedging or NMH).

S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes To The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices - A Deletion From The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

S&P Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:

On September 21, 2012, the shareholders of Andean American Gold Corp. (TSXVN:AAG) and Lupaka Gold Corp. (TSX:LPK) approved the previously announced business combination whereby Lupaka Gold will acquire Andean American Gold. Andean American shareholders will receive 0.245 shares of Lupaka Gold for each share held. Andean American Gold will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.

The global financial crisis demonstrated the urgent need to improve resolution regimes so as to enable authorities to resolve failing financial institutions quickly without destabilising the financial system or exposing taxpayers to the risk of loss from solvency support. Following the crisis, a number of jurisdictions have adopted, or are currently preparing, legislation to strengthen their resolution regimes, while some progress has also been made in establishing crisis management groups and enhancing cross-border cooperation.
