Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Indexes March 2012 Performance Report
The Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Index was down 4.14% for the month of March. The Dow Jones-UBS Single Commodity Indexes for soybean meal, soybean and cotton had the strongest gains with month-returns of 10.14%, 6.29% and 3.41%, respectively. The three most significant downside performing single commodity indexes were natural gas, orange juice and coffee, which ended the month down 21.55%, 11.44%, and 10.23% respectively.

Thomson Reuters Commits To Elektron Services In Hong Kong Stock Exchange Co-Location Facility - New Co-Location Service Will Provide Even Greater Low Latency Access To The Hong Kong Exchange For Electronic Trading
Thomson Reuters has confirmed plans to launch an Elektron co-location service for the Hong Kong Exchange (HKEx) in order to meet the increasingly strong demand from financial institutions for fast and cost-effective access to this important financial market. Thomson Reuters customers will be able to co-locate their trading applications within the data centre, reducing latency and improving the speed at which they execute trades.

Top 15 Sovereign And Corporate Credit Default Swaps Provided By The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC)
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is publishing a weekly email containing simple, easy-to-read tables listing credit default swaps (CDS) contracts on the top 15 sovereign and corporate reference entities by net notional amount as well as the Top 15 volume movers by percentage change based on the net notional amount registered in its Trade Information Warehouse for the week ending March 30, 2012, along with historical data.

Deutsche Börse Closes First Quotation Board At End Of Year - Higher Transparency Requirements In Entry Standard And Quotation Board
Deutsche Börse today announced the planned rule changes for the Open Market and the current schedule for closing the First Quotation Board. Following close collaboration between Deutsche Börse, the stock exchange regulator of the state of Hesse and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) and consultation with market participants, the First Quotation Board, in its current form, will be closed on 15 December 2012. As already announced in February, the First Quotation Board, as the segment with the lowest transparency requirements, has experienced suspected cases of market manipulation multiple times.

London Stock Exchange: Provident Financial Raises £120 Million In Third Retail Bond On ORB - Five And A Half Year, Fixed-Rate Bond - Company's Third And Largest Retail Bond To Date - Latest Issue Brings Total Funds Raised By Provident Financial On ORB To £195.2 Million
Provident Financial plc, the UK's leading supplier of personal credit products to the non-standard lending market, has today listed its third bond on the London Stock Exchange's Order Book for Retail Bonds. The five and a half year, fixed-rate bond is tradable in denominations of £100 and will pay a semi-annual coupon of seven per cent per annum.
