Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On The Adjustment Of Minimum Margin And Price Limit For Different Products
In accordance with the Measures for Risk Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange and after thorough discussion, it is decided that effective from April 9th of 2012(Monday), the minimum margins have been adjusted from 7% to 5% and price limits have been adjusted from 5% to 4% respectively for No. 1 soybeans, No.2 soybeans, corn, soybean meal, soybean oil and RBD Palm Oil, while the minimum margins have been adjusted from 7% to 6% and the price limits have been adjusted from 5% to 4% for LLDPE, PVC and coke. The application of all other rules relating to price limit and margins in the Measures for Risk Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange remains unchanged.

Shanghai Stock Exchange Adopts New Measure For Fund Market
The "SSE Business Guidelines for Operational Risk Management of ETF Management Companies", issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) today (April 6), was SSE's new major measure oriented for the fund market after the release of the "Guide for One-stop Service of ETF Operation" in March this year.

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange received a high level delegation from Samsung Life Insurance. U.S. Treasury Department: Acting Special Master Issues 2012 Compensation Determinations For ‘Top 25’ Executives At Three Companies That Received Exceptional TARP Assistance
On April 6, 2012, the Acting Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation, Patricia Geoghegan, released 2012 compensation determinations for the “top 25” executives at the three remaining companies that received exceptional Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) assistance—AIG, Ally Financial (formerly GMAC), and GM. Four of the original seven recipients of exceptional assistance—Bank of America, Citigroup, Chrysler Financial, and Chrysler—have exited TARP.
