CME Group Prices $750 Million Aggregate Principal Amount Of Senior Unsecured Notes

CME Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CME) today announced it priced an underwritten public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.300% notes due 2043. The offering is being made under CME Group's existing shelf registration statement and is expected to close on September 9, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.

ISDA/AFME Response To EBA On Non-Delta Risk Of Options In Standardised Market Risk Approach

This letter contains the response of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (“ISDA”) and the Association forFinancial Markets in Europe (“AFME”) to the European Banking Authority’s (“EBA”) Consultation Paper on Draft RTS on non- delta risk of options in the standardised market risk approach under Articles 318(3), 341(6) and 347(4) of the draft Capital Requirements Regulation. The accompanying response is the result of a thorough three month industry consultation process involving a wide range of industry representatives. It is reflective of the industry consensus on this topic and aims at being asconstructive as possible in seeking a proportionate outcome.

BM&FBOVESPA hereby announces the BOVESPA Index (Ibovespa) theoretical portfolio valid for the period of September 02, 2013 to January 03, 2014, based on the closing of the August 30, 2013 session. The new portfolio contains the newcomers ANHAGUERA ON (AEDU3) and KROTON ON (KROT3), bringing its total to 73 stocks in 67 companies.

NASDAQ OMX Updates Statement On The Securities Information Processor

NASDAQ OMX issued the following statement:
Earlier today, the Securities Information Processor (SIP), which consolidates and disseminates prices for the industry, experienced a six-minute outage in one of six of the quote dissemination channels, specifically in symbols PC through SPZ. The issue was promptly resolved. Trading systems were not affected, and the market closed at the end of the trading day in an orderly manner.

NASDAQ OMX issued the following statement:
Today between 11.35 and 11.41 a.m. the Securities Information Processor (SIP) experienced a brief outage in one of the quote dissemination channels, specifically in symbols through PC through SPZ. The issue has been resolved and UTP SIP is reviewing the incident. All quotes are currently disseminating normally. Trading has not been affected.
