UK's Financial Conduct Authority Publishes Two Warning Notice Statements

The FCA has today issued two Warning Notice Statements. This is the fourth and fifth time FCA have issued a Warning Notice Statement since it was given the power to do so by the Financial Services Act 2012. The Government’s principal rationale for giving the FCA this power was to promote early transparency of enforcement proceedings.

DME (Dubai Mercantile Exchange) today announced record average daily trading volumes ("ADV") of 10,764 lots in February 2014, equivalent to almost 10.764 million barrels of crude oil per day. February’s total is 84% higher than February last year and is a 32% increase on the previous month.
