Japan's Financial Services Agecy (FSA) And NAIC Held The Third Meeting Of The “NAIC-FSA 3rd Insurance Regulatory Dialogue”

On April 6, 2015, the Financial Services Agecy(FSA) and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners(NAIC) held 3rd “FSA-NAIC Insurance Regulatory Dialogue”. During the April meeting, representatives of the Authorities reiterated their commitment to continue to meet periodically to update each other on insurance-specific regulatory approaches and to discuss regulatory best practices that attain common objectives while respecting the diversity of jurisdictional regulatory structures. The FSA and NAIC decided to publish the joint statement and to hold the fourth round of the NAIC-FSA Insurance Regulatory Dialogue in the U.S. in the fall.

ASX Group Monthly Activity Report – March 2015

The value of ASX-listed stocks, as measured by the All Ordinaries Index, fell 0.6% in March 2015. This performance is in contrast to rises in other major markets, including Germany up 5.0%, Japan up 2.2%, Singapore up 1.3% and Hong Kong up 0.3%. The US was down 1.7% and the UK down 2.5%.

European Central Bank Wins IIR Leadership Award. Securitisation Award Nominees Announced

The total trading value, without public offers, raised almost 33% in March compared to February, up to RON 875mn (EUR 197.4mn). Compared YoY, the trading value of the BVB’s regulated spot market for March 2015 is 13.6% higher than the one registered in March 2014.

Moscow Exchange Indices Monthly Review: March 2015

In  March,  Moscow  Exchange’s Indices reflected the negative trend on the Russian stock market. The MICEX Index was down 7.55% to 1,626.18 (from 1,758.97 on 27 February), while the dollar-denominated RTS Index fell 1.81% to880.42 (from 896.63).

On 13 March 2015, the Company announced that it had received further communication regarding a purported requisition for a General Meeting from Sweet Sky Limited and Shellhouse Limited to remove all the directors of the Company and appoint a new board (the "Requisition"). 

Morgan Stanley Veteran Joins Bitcoin 2.0

Announced today, Jacob Dienelt is the latest Morgan Stanley veteran to leave Wall Street and join the Bitcoin industry. Following the likes of Blythe Masters, ex JP Morgan Chase & Co Executive and Paul Camp, former JP Morgan Managing Director -  Mr. Dienelt of Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management has made the move from traditional banking to join the emerging digital money industry with Factom as Head Treasurer.
