Investor Type

• The value of shares traded by “Individual” was SR 172.08 billion (84.76%) for buying, and SR 180.80 billion (89.05%) for selling
• The value of shares traded by “Institution” was SR 28.59 billion (14.08%) for buying, and SR 19.33 billion (9.52%) for selling
• The value of shares traded by “Foreigner (SWAP)” was SR 2.35 billion (1.16%) for buying, and SR 2.90 billion (1.43%) for selling

ISE Reports Business Activity For December And Full Year 2014

• For full year 2014, ISE and ISE Gemini combined for 16.0% equity options market share, excluding dividend trades, with an ADV of 2.4 million contracts.
• ISE Gemini had an ADV of over 500,000 contracts in 2014.
• Dividend trades made up 1.6% of industry volume in 2014, the lowest since ISE began tracking the statistic in 2010.

NYSE To Suspend Trading In IFM Investments Limited And Commence Delisting Proceedings

The New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation, Inc. (“NYSE Regulation”) has determined to commence proceedings to delist the common stock (the “Common Stock”) of IFM Investments Limited (the “Company”) – ticker symbol CTC – from the NYSE.  Trading in the Company’s Common Stock will be suspended immediately.

Total Trading Volume At Eurex Group At 2.1 Billion Contracts In 2014 - Average Daily Volume Approximately 8.3 Million Contracts

The international derivatives markets of Eurex Group ended 2014 with a turnover of approximately 2.1 billion contracts (2013: 2.2 billion contracts). The total volume for 2014 splits into 1.5 billion contracts traded at Eurex Exchange (2013: 1.6 billion) and 607.4 million contracts traded at the International Securities Exchange (ISE) (2013: 638.8 million). This corresponds to a daily average trading volume of 8.3 million contracts, thereof 5.9 million contracts at Eurex Exchange and 2.4 million contracts at ISE.

The Options Industry Council Announces December Options Volume Grew 11% With 2014 Volume Rising Almost 4%

The Options Industry Council (OIC) announced today that 354,607,999 total options contracts were traded in December, which is a 10.74 percent increase compared to the previous December when 320,209,356 contracts were traded.

MGEX Sets Calendar Year Volume Record

MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), has set a new record for total volume in a calendar year by concluding 2014 with a total volume of 2,177,740. This marks the first time ever that the Exchange’s volume has surpassed 2 million in a calendar year. Electronic volume during 2014 was 1,856,423, which is also an all-time high for the Exchange.
