Clearstream has launched a new customer connectivity channel, ClearstreamXact (pronounced “Clearstream exact”) that is accessible from anywhere in the world via the internet. This new connectivity solution is based upon proven, up to date portal technology. ClearstreamXact initially offers Clearstream’s new intuitive and user-friendly, screen-based connectivity solution to customers for its collateral management services. Future investment is already planned to expand the range of this connectivity solution to other core product areas such as settlement and asset servicing.

Platts: European Power Prices Dipped In August - Still Above June’s Record Lows - Continental Natural Gas Prices Fell - U.K. Power And Natural Gas Prices Increased
Day-ahead electricity prices in Continental Europe dipped last month, but continued to show modest signs of recovery from the historic lows recorded in June, according to monthly data just released by Platts, a leading global energy, petrochemicals and metals information provider.

NYSE Technologies And KOSCOM Sign Global Trading Hub Connectivity Agreement
NYSE Technologies, the commercial technology division of NYSE Euronext (NYX) and KOSCOM, the technology firm created by the Korean Ministry of Finance and Korea Exchange, have signed a Global Trading Hub Connectivity Agreement. The agreement will empower local traders and strengthen the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by both organizations in March 2012.
