The bond can be subscribed from today until 2 April 2015, subject to early termination of subscription. The bond has an issue volume of up to €80 million. The corporate bond runs for five years and has a coupon rate of 4.375 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.

According to the rules on continuous trading, the Exchange further clarifiesthe detailed schedule for continuous trading hours during the Tomb Sweeping Day 2015 as follows:There is no continuous trading on the night of April 3, 2015.On April 7, 2015, the bidding session time for gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, lead, nickel, tin, steel rebar, hot-rolled coil, natural rubber and bitumen futures is 8:55 a.m.—9:00 a.m. The continuous trading will resume on the night of that day.

FINRA Sanctions Three Firms For Inadequate Supervision Of Consolidated Reports

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) announced today that it has sanctioned three firms – H. Beck, Inc., LaSalle St. Securities, LLC, and J.P. Turner & Company, LLC – with fines of $425,000, $175,000 and $100,000, respectively, for inadequate supervision of consolidated reports provided to customers and other violations.
