William H. Gross Joins Janus Capital

Janus Capital Group Inc. (NYSE: JNS) today announced that William H. Gross, world- renowned fixed income investor, will be joining Janus Capital Group. He will manage a recently launched Janus Global Unconstrained Bond Fund and related strategies, and will join Myron Scholes, Ph.D. and other members of the Janus team focused on global asset allocation. Mr. Gross’ employment will be effective September 29, 2014 and he will begin managing the Janus Global Unconstrained Bond Fund and related strategies effective October 6, 2014.

ESMA Consults On Implementing Measures For European Regulations On Social Entrepreneurship And Venture Capital Funds

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has today issued a consultation on future technical advice it has to provide to the European Commission on the implementing measures of the Regulations 346/2013 on European Social Entrepreneurship Funds (EuSEF) and 345/2013 on European Venture Capital Funds (EuVECA). The European Commission requested the advice of ESMA on 27 May 2014.
