Exchange Council: EEX Assumes Central Position On The Italian Power Market - Contract Specifications Restructured – Exchange Council Confirms Need For An Integrated German-Austrian Price Zone
On 4 June 2014, this year’s second meeting of the Exchange Council of the European Energy Exchange (EEX) was held in Leipzig, chaired by Peter Heydecker. At the meeting, the current developments on the EEX markets were discussed and decisions amending the exchange contract specifications were adopted.

Almost half of all Germans have at some time bought gold, or given or received it as a gift. So storing this precious metal in as secure a manner as possible is an important issue for many Germans. The national crime statistics for 2013 highlight just how important it is to keep gold well hidden; the number of home break-ins rose again last year – by as much as 30 percent in some federal states.

Japan's Financial Services Agency: Mutual Reliance With Foreign Jurisdictions In The Area Of Audit Oversight
The Financial Services Agency (FSA) and the Certified Public Accountants and Auditing Oversight Board (CPAAOB) published “A Framework for Inspection / Supervision of Foreign Audit Firms, etc.” on September 14, 2009, and stated that with respect to information requirements and inspections regarding foreign audit firms, the FSA and the CPAAOB will, in principle, rely on such actions by the competent authorities of the firm’s home jurisdictions, instead of seeking to obtain information from or conducting inspections on firms themselves, provided that (a) audit and public oversight systems in the firm’s home jurisdictions are equivalent to those of Japan, (b) necessary information can be provided from the foreign competent authorities through appropriate arrangements of information exchange, and (c) reciprocity is ensured.

TOCOM Palladium Advanced Over 2,800 Yen Per Gram
The April 2015 Palladium futures contract (most active/back contract month) temporarily reached 2,820 yen per gram during the night session (between 17:00 of June 10 and 4:00 JST of June 11). It is the highest since April 3, 2001 (approx. 13 years and 2 months).
