    BNY Mellon has completed production of system-generated net asset values (NAVs) for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) through Friday, August 28, 2015. We have also completed and delivered updated ETF baskets through Friday, August 28 for processing.

  • STOXX Changes Composition Of Blue-Chip Indices

    STOXX Limited, a leading provider of innovative, tradable and global index concepts, today announced the results of the regular annual review of the STOXX Blue-Chip Indices, among them the STOXX Europe 50EURO STOXX 50STOXX Nordic 30 and STOXX EU Enlarged 15 indices; as well as the results of the second semi-annual review of the STOXX Eastern Europe 50 Index. All changes will be effective with the open of European markets on Sep. 21, 2015.

  • British Columbia Securities Commission Panel Finds That Tech Company And Two Vancouver Men Illegally Distributed Securities

    A British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) panel has found that HRG Healthcare Resource Group Inc., Alexander Downie, and Daniel G. Mohan illegally distributed securities. Downie was a director and founder of HRG, and Mohan was a director and chief executive officer of HRG. Neither has ever been registered to sell securities in B.C.

    This issue shows average daily volume from January 2014 to June 2015 for interest rate, credit default and foreign exchange products. This issue also includes a spreadsheet containing total notional volume on a weekly basis going back to January 2014. 

  • Alberta Securities Commission Sanctions Ryan, David And Dalyne Magee, Master Daytraders And Magee International For Illegal Trades And Distributions Of Securities

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has found that Ryan Steve Magee, David Wayne Magee, Dalyne Rae Magee, Master Daytraders Inc. and Magee International Inc. illegally traded and distributed securities. An ASC panel also found that Ryan Magee made materially misleading or untrue statements to investors and perpetrated a fraud on investors.  These findings were consistent with admissions made by the named parties.
