Good morning and thank you all for being here. Happy New Year. I would like to take a moment at the outset to welcome the newest member of the Investor Advisory Committee, Susan Wyderko. Susan is now the President and CEO of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum and previously served at the Commission in several senior capacities for many years—including as director of the Office of Investor Education and Assistance—an experience that will also be very useful for this committee. So thank you, Susan, for your willingness to serve.

Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges, clearing houses and data services, today announced that ICE Futures U.S. achieved daily volume records in cocoa futures and cocoa options with 87,195 contracts and 29,211 contracts traded respectively on January 20, 2016.

Financial Stability Board (FSB) Chair Mark Carney announced in Paris on 4 December 2015 the establishment of an industry-led Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), with Michael R. Bloomberg as chair, and that the initial membership of the Task Force would be announced in due course.
