Hong Kong's Securities And Futures Commission Issues Restriction Notice To A Broker To Stop Two Clients From Withdrawing Shares And Transferring Money Connected With Suspected Insider Dealing

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has issued a Restriction Notice to BOCI Securities Limited (BOCI) prohibiting it from processing shares and/or money held in two client accounts that hold the proceeds of suspected insider dealing.

Since January 2013, in order to increase the effectiveness of information disclosure of listed companies and improve the market transparency, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (‘SZSE’) has promulgated a series of information disclosure guidelines for industries like radio film and television, bio-pharmaceuticals, photovoltaics, energy conservation and environmental protection, internet game, internet video and internet e-commerce, forming industrial information disclosure rules and supervision systems with the characteristics of ChiNext board. In order to further regulate the information disclosure for internet marketing companies listed in ChiNext board, SZSE recently promulgated the Information Disclosure Guidelines for Internet Marketing Companies Listed in ChiNext Board.

EEX Exchange Council Approves Plans For Floor Future Launch

On 14 September, the Exchange Council of the European Energy Exchange (EEX) held their third meeting of 2016 in Rome. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Michael Redanz, CEO of EWE Trading AG. In addition to the adjustment of the cap of the EEX Cap Future contract, the meeting focused on the launch of the Floor Future, as well as further decisions regarding Straight-Through Processing (STP) for Spot Markets and the introduction of additional maturities in Power Options.
