  • CME Group Inc. Declares Annual Variable Dividend Of $3.25 Per Share

    CME Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CME) today declared its annual variable dividend, amounting to $3.25 per share.  The dividend is payable January 13, 2017, to shareholders of record on December 28, 2016.  When CME Group adopted its annual variable dividend structure in February 2012, the intention was to determine the excess cash available at the end of each year, with the level to increase or decrease from year to year based on operating results, potential investment activity and other forms of capital return.

  • SIFMA Issues 2017 And 2018 Recommendations For Full And Early Holiday Closes For Trading Of US Dollar-Denominated Fixed-Income Securities In The US And UK

    SIFMA today confirmed its 2017 holiday recommendations and issued 2018 holiday recommendations for the trading of US dollar-denominated fixed-income securities in the United States and the United Kingdom. SIFMA will publish its 2018 recommendations for Japan in early 2017.  

  • CFTC Releases Rule Enforcement Review Of ICE Futures U.S

    The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Division of Market Oversight (Division) announced today that it has issued the results of a rule enforcement review of ICE Futures U.S. (ICE or Exchange). The review, which covered a one-year target period, evaluated the Exchange’s compliance with elements of Designated Contract Market Core Principles 2 (Compliance With Rules) and 12 (Protection of Markets and Market Participants). The Division found that ICE has an adequate trade practice surveillance program, subject to three recommendations and one deficiency, as summarized below.
