Today, the Commission has decided to fine three banks a total of over €485 million for their participation in what has become known as the EURIBOR cartel. The three banks are Crédit Agricole, HSBC and JPMorgan Chase. They colluded on a financial product called euro interest rate derivatives, in breach of EU antitrust rules.

Nasdaq Stockholm’s Listing Committee has approved that Catella’s shares are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market, with the first day of trading on 19 December 2016. There will be no new issue of shares, and shareholders of Catella do not need to take any action in connection with the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Osaka Exchange: Partial Revisions To The Business Regulations In Connection With Change To Free-Float Weighted TSE REIT Index

Osaka Exchange, Inc. (OSE) will partially revise the Business Regulations with effect from January 31, 2017.
The revisions are made to reflect the change in calculation methodology from full-market capitalization weighting to free-float adjusted market capitalization weighting for the TSE REIT Index, which is the underlying index for TSE REIT Index futures contracts.
