    • The average daily turnover for the first four months of 2017 was $74.3 billion, an increase of 5 per cent when compared with $70.8 billion for the same period last year.
    • Funds raised through IPOs for the first four months of 2017 was $32.57 billion, a decrease of 0.2 per cent when compared with $32.63 billion for the same period last year.
    • There were 51* newly listed companies for the first four months of 2017, an increase of 65 per cent when compared with 31* for the same period last year.

  • Moorfield Group Invests In IPSX

    The International Property Securities Exchange (“IPSX”), which will be the first regulated exchange dedicated to the admission and trading of securities in commercial real estate assets (“CRE”), today announces that Moorfield Group (“Moorfield”) has invested in the current IPSX funding round. The terms of its investment are not disclosed.

    Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) announced today that Investor Communications Japan (ICJ), a joint venture of Broadridge and the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE), has exceeded 800 participating share-issuing companies on its "electronic proxy voting platform" (hereafter referred to as the "ICJ platform").  There were 834 issuers on the platform as of 2 May 2017, which represents 80% growth over the past three years.

  • Nasdaq Stockholm Orders Oscar Properties AB To Pay Fine Corresponding To Two Annual Fees

    The Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm has found that Oscar Properties AB (“Oscar Properties”) has breached Nasdaq Stockholm’s regulations (“the Rule Book”) and, accordingly, has imposed a fine on Oscar Properties amounting to two annual fees, corresponding to an amount of SEK 410,000.
