B3 Breaks New Record On Mini Ibovespa Futures Contract

B3’s Mini Ibovespa Futures Contract hit a record high today ending the day at 2.371.446 contracts. The previous record of 2.341.827 Mini Ibovespa Futures Contract was recorded on December 01.

…which, to put in perspective, was 2-3 times the annual income of the Crown at the time…

…I’d be interested to hear whether the Treasury at the time considered this value for money.

On Tuesday, Deutsche Börse reviewed the composition of its selection indices. The constituents of the indices DAX, MDAX, SDAX and TecDAX remain unchanged. The quarterly new weightings to the indices will become effective on 18 December 2017.
