    Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced that Mr. Henri Bergstrom has joined The Exchange as a Market Development Advisor.  Previously he was the Chairman of the Board of NASDAQ OMX Armenia Exchange and CSD and Product Manager for Nasdaq Post Trade Solutions. Further he has been assigned as an advisor to deliver post trade strategies to a number of global exchanges and post trade institutions.

    Recently, Zhenxing Biopharmaceutical and Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ST ZXBC” or “the Company”) has attracted broad market attention for its tender offer event.     The Bank of Thailand (BOT) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) today signed a FinTech Cooperation Agreement (CA) and updated an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Banking Supervision. The two documents were signed at the side of the biennial BOT-MAS Bilateral Meeting. This year’s Bilateral Meeting was hosted by MAS.

  • Shenzhen Stock Exchange Focusing On The Review Of 2016 Annual Reports: Over 6800 Questions For Listed Companies

    Recently, SZSE has completed the review of 2016 annual reports issued by listed companies, sending a total of 990 letters of enquiry or so to over half of the listed companies and raising over 6800 questions. According to the degree of risk involved and the letters of reply received from listed companies, SZSE publicized about 200 enquiry letters and replies.
