At the end of the settlement date of March 15, 2018, short interest in 2,331 Nasdaq Global MarketSM securities totaled 7,230,277,603 shares compared with 7,052,302,122 shares in 2,345 Global Market issues reported for the prior settlement date of February 28, 2018. The mid-March short interest represents 3.96 days average daily Nasdaq Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 3.72 days for the prior reporting period.

CalPERS' Board Incumbents Notice Intention To Run For Re-Election - Seats Represent State, School, And Public Agency

Stockholms Läns Landsting Is Latest Nordic Issuer To List On Irish Stock Exchange Bond Markets

Stockholms läns landsting (Stockholm County Council) has listed a SEK 1bn green bond from its €4bn EMTN Programme on the Main Securities Market (MSM) of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). The green bond has a maturity date of November 2023 and an interest rate of 1% per annum.

UK's Financial Conduct Authority Wins Case Against Capital Alternatives Limited And Others

In a judgment handed down today, the High Court found that Capital Alternatives Limited, Renwick Haddow, Marcia Hargous, Robert McKendrick and others should pay a total of £16.9m in restitution for their roles in four unauthorised collective investment schemes (CIS’s) which were unlawfully promoted to the public by false, misleading and deceptive statements.

The work programme includes an evaluation of the effects of reforms on financing of infrastructure investment during 2018, with a final report on the infrastructure investment evaluation to be delivered to Buenos Aires G20 Summit (end-November 2018) and published.
